Is it legal for a store to deny cash for payment and only accept electronic payment?

New Look!
Obivously I have given the site a whole new look and feel. I’m excited about it and hope you like it, too.
Yesterday, I found this article announcing Tony Eury, Jr is leaving DEI for HMS early. Pending Budweiser’s approval, after Talladega, he will no longer be employeed by DEI. He will get a jump start at HMS and begin working on getting everything ready for Dale, Jr. for the 2008 season.
NASCAR has announced the 2008 Sprint Cup race schedule, and it has a couple of changes that bring about a few thoughts of my own.
Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Rick Hendrick announced the new car number and dual sponsorships for Dale, Jr’s ride next year. Mt. Dew and the Coast Guard are sharing primary sponsorship roles. Dale’s new car number will be 88.
In Febuary of this year, my friend Brad, and I decided to have a friendly competition between each other. Independantly, we wrote down our predictions for which 12 NASCAR drivers will make the chase this year, and who will end up as champion. We were not allowed to make any changes, to our predicitions, once the season started (during speedweeks). The result of who won, so far as to who is in the chase, is interesting.
Yes that’s right, shocking news, Junior is moving to HMS starting in 2008!
Wait, I bet you thought I meant Dale Earnhardt, Jr, or maybe even his pal, Martin Truex, Jr.
