Live Free or Die Hard
On July 7th, I saw the 4th film in the Die Hard series, “Live Free or Die Hard” starring Bruce Willis. I have very much enjoyed the series with “Diehard 2 – Die Harder” being my favorite of the, now, 4.
Today, it was announce that Dale Earnhardt, Inc. completed the merger with Ginn Racing. I admit, I was quite surprised that this was pulled off given DEI’s two failed attempts to purchase even a struggling team like Roberts Yates Racing, and the attempt to keep Dale Earnhardt, Jr. It seemed like Theresa Earnhardt couldn’t get the job done. Well today, Theresa’s people finally pulled off something big.

On July 4th, I went to see the newest live action film, Transformers. I went in to see the movie with the same low expectations I had for the last Rocky film, and like the last Rocky film, I was pleasantly surprised.
It’s been 231 years since our nation declared its independence from the oppression of King George and Great Britain. The colonials wanted to be free to lead their own lives without the interference or oppressive laws that King George kept passing. Their very livelihoods were being compromised financially. They had to give a good portion of their hard earn income to the King for taxes and having to learn to make sacrifices while the rich, such as King George and his loyal appendages, lived like.. well you know.. Kings.
